What you are doing is cruel. It is a cruelty and a disservice to live in a fantasy that leaves the people you supposedly care for - the ones who we saw break down into horror and despair as they discovered the muscle of their friend's heart splatter on a table - as props in your version of temporary reality.
The truth will come to light no matter how much you hide from it in the shadows. It is your choice how you will be seen in it.

Yeah, they're more likely to see it like that the longer you keep this up. Right now I think they'd still be able to understand that you were scared and afraid of your thoughts popping up and making things come out wrong. But that window's not gonna be open for long.
I can't guarantee they'd forgive you, but I'm confident that they'd at least be able to understand where you're coming from once they have a little time to digest it, 'cause I know the kind of people they are.
