[chiemi is on standby so she will be hanging around wherever they're luring the police away from or something
and then when the police come back she'll probably frantically text datz like THEYREBACKLKDFGJ and then try to delay the police by pretending she's a YOUNG LADY IN NEED OF POLICE HELP and if that runs its course ig. she'll try to kick them or something.]
[okay. reigen would like to try and be sneaky about this. his idea would be to start a distraction away from the prison to draw out some of the police - maybe a bomb created by rita, but people with loud powers would be useful for this. and then a couple more stealthy people go inside the prison while nico shuts the lights and cameras off, and try to find keys. we can use norma's duplication to get duplicate copies of any keys we need to gain access. once we have the keys, we move the distraction - hung and nimona trying to break down a wall works here if it's on a different side of the prison than the door they'd use to escape from. they bring mika out through that door while the nimona and hung thing is going on.
the point is to try to be on the way out with mika and not relying on powers by the time anyone inside catches on that they're in play, and to try to avoid using powers at all on the inside in case everything is nullified. also, it can all go wrong when they can't even access a key and we just have to punch out a guard to try to take it from them.]
[ from outside of the jail, an attempt to tap into the electrical field surrounding it to cut the security cameras and the lighting as a distraction. ]
[ • Provides the group with intel about the power-dampening effects of the jail. • Builds some improvised explosives for distractions and/or for trying to bust into the cell. • She can help punch Hung? ]

[ apples are, regrettably, not that useful, so datz is just going to try to make some shitty little firecrackers with leftovers from rita's explosive ingredient stash and try to be a distraction + will also punch lots of cops as needed ]
Okay! So, they can make an attempt at jailbreaking. But these will be the outcomes of their attempts:
1: the jail has power nullification inside the building, so any power uses inside will not work. (stuff outside the jail will work, until it is brought inside) 2: the jailhouse will mistake this for a villain attack and call in the team leaders for help. (the reaction will vary by leader but they have to at least nominally help with the arrest, it's their job.) 3: between the leaders and the police, everyone involved will be arrested and put into jail. 4: those in jail will remain in jail and without powers until the mingle goes up on Monday.
[once people are gathered he's going to just start talking like he's in charge because that's his personality even though he just kind of invited himself along to this.]
...Alright. If we're going to do this, the key is we have to try to rely on our powers as little as possible, and only strategically. It's likely once inside everything will be nullified, but we're more than just our abilities. We can rely on our brains, our muscles, and our instincts, too. If we concentrate the use of powers for making a distraction outside the prison, and try to avoid them realizing we've made it inside as long as we can, then we have a fighting chance to get to Mika.
Now, all of you guys need to be careful and look out for yourselves, too. It's not going to help Mika if anyone loses their lives over this.

- Will be support for the Stealth Plan until Smash Plan is needed. He's bringing his shield with him just in case it's needed.
- You have an hour to punch him in batches of three hits per round to power him up before he's out of juice and needs to recharge.
- HUNG SMASH

Should make for a decent distraction, if nothing else. [And more, if their cover gets blown and they gotta start blasting.
