It's not shocking, yeah, but I'm still not used to not having powers at all. It was bad enough they took everything from me to begin with, but now there are places my new ones don't work at all? [ but he tilts his head. ] The villains are in another part of the jail still, I assume.
It is strange to be cut off from powers you've become used to having. It bears worth to think about how we should aim to handle ourselves should we be in such a situation again.
The ability I have here is drastically different than what I'm used to where I'm from. So being cut off from both is really annoying. But I hadn't really thought about what we might need to do to take care of things if this happens somewhere else. Everyone needs a line of defense.
