Yeah, he was way too eager to remind everyone how Nico turned those lights out during the power check before.

[She has called him 'gloomy kid' 'pale kid', and the such to his face. Nico doesn't approve, nor approves the myriad other epithets she keeps coming up with to refer to others]

He planned that all along, didn't he? No way he broke all that in the shop by accident or by coincidence. He wanted all along to get Nico to carry the blame.

[Or at least nothing about Chiemi's death seems to hint the glass stuff breaking had something to do with the murder itself. True, Chiemi died only after it was all broken, but it's not like she was even injured by that.

At best, maybe it was to shut the lights off, who knows]

Well, I sure as hell thought so. I went over to the jail to try to get some details outta him a little after the trial ended, though, and he said it wasn't — that it was just the result of him tryin' to hit Emi with his reverb thing while she was floatin' up there in smoke form.

[ which, like, does seem plausible, but also argalia's a lying piece of crap, so who knows. ]

But even if that's true, he definitely took advantage of the connection as soon as he saw it.

[Argalia could tell them all the way to save all worlds instead of dooming the losing teams' homes and Sigrun would doubt it]
