[ yeah in retrospect that may have been a mistake. ]
Huh? No, I was talkin' about soldier and rebel stuff back there, if that's what you're asking. Only people I've killed since getting here were on that stupid trip on Thursday.
[ look, sometimes you're fighting in a war, and sometimes you're in a hospital getting attacked by horrifying meat monsters and murder just happens even when you're trying to avoid it because even nat 20s are worse in the meat dimension. ]
Yeah. At least the actual competition part should be about over now, I think... Though I dunno how much that's even gonna matter if everything just comes down to beating the moon in the end. Whole thing was probably a sham in the first place.
Yeah, I can get 'em. [ ... ] Probably gonna try to grab some kinda gun for myself if I got the tokens for it since the paper was talkin' about ranged attacks, unless you got a better idea what I should spend 'em on.
And as far as the moon goes, yeah, that's... how I understand it, I think...?
[ Yeah they were rubber. It's just that Ryuki neglected to do a proper clip check the first few weeks because [redacted] things with his gun so he told people they were real bullets lol. People didn't really check what he had when he handed them over but they were actually all rubber the whole time. ]
I want to keep myself armed just in case, because I think I can handle it now [ read: not struggling ] but handguns aren't going to do much against the... moon.
Maybe we could get some kind of high-power beam. It's going to be hard to attack smaller targets when there's a bright light shining in your eyes. Or at least make sure everyone has some kind of defense, heal, or armament. I have thirteen coins and of course, I don't mind spending them. Is a railgun too big?
[ Don't just suggest getting a railgun. But also. It would be really funny to railgun the moon. ]
Whoa! If you can actually get one, no way, go for it!! It's the freakin' moon, so the bigger the better, probably. Unless it's really just gonna turn into a normal sized guy, in which case...
[ ... ]
...Nah, still go for it, pretty sure overkill's better than underkill in this situation.
[ also he's just going to choose to believe the moon isn't REALLY a guy because he doesn't want to think about the cannibalism implications. ]
Should I get some kinda laser gun or something, ya think? I've got three tokens now and then whatever I get tomorrow.
[ He feels like there's something moral he should be against about railgunning a guy but you know what, he'll think about it more when the time comes. ]
Uh... well, we'll see.
Yeah, I think some kind of high-accuracy long-distance weapon to have just in case could be good, if the tip is accurate. We can't really trade around coins, but I think if we can shift our resources around, we can manage it.
[ he will... get your bullets out of his sock drawer whenever he gets up. ]
...I appreciate you too, y'know? I mean, you went through kind of a rough patch there for a while, but you stick to what you believe in and always do your best. That's pretty cool.
[ he is just so glad you did not also contribute to the unnecessary murder totals here because we were literally one away from doing half the murders in this game and that is horrifying. ]

I meant it as a general question, but.
[ He doesn't feel so good, Mr. Stark. ]
Okay.
We need to figure out how we make sure nobody else loses the "competition".

We need to find that book and... uh... figure out how to turn the moon into... a smaller rock? And... eat it?
[ Is that how it's supposed to work? Every single question mark in this tag is so sincere from him. ]
Well, we can't afford to lose. So we're not going to.
Did you still have my rubber bullets?

[ me like those were rubber??? ]

[ which is to say he understands very little. ]

Alrighty, I'll give that a shot and see what I can get, then. Hopefully everyone else's got the same idea.

...
Thanks, Mr. Datz.
[ He feels like he should say this a lot more, but it'd just get repetitive. It's very sincere as much as it can be though. ]
