Actually, the fight part wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it was gonna be. Of course part of that was probably just 'cause Taky's time stopping thing is so insane, but it kinda seemed like we really overprepared with all the weapons and stuff either way.
Well... probably better to be overprepared in this case, right? Plus there were a lot more of us than the first time the guy attacked. I dunno what he expected.

Man, I almost wish we'd had time to talk to him 'cause there was so much about everything that happened that I still don't get at all... but after suffering through all his annoying diary pages, I'm pretty sure that listening to him out loud for any length of time would've made me decide shutting him up was a higher priority than getting answers anyway.
I know, I was sort of expecting it. Maybe he's just a whole lot wordier in text? I dunno.
Really would've liked to know where this whole hero competition idea even came from, though, and exactly what he was gettin' out of it, since apparently he was behind a lot of the setup? Kinda like what a lot of us were already suspecting just a couple of weeks in, go figure.
